Jersey Shore Bridal Photoshoot

Last week was quite eventful and I couldn’t be happier. I was invited by my friend Angie to a bridal photoshoot in NJ organized by Feuza. This lovely woman… I loved her instantly! She has such a great personality and she had no idea that all day she had been wearing two different shoes. Definitely my kind of lady:).

I met up with Angie by the George Washington Bridge and made our way to New Jersey discussing our dreams as photographers. We realized that we can drive some people crazy with our non stop photography talks, but what can you do when you love something so much, right?

We arrived in no time, or so it seemed like it. We first saw Ahmet Ze walking in the parking lot of the Berkely Hotel and as soon as he saw us he greeted us with his welcoming smile. He’s such a great guy. Then Angie noticed Feuza, a petite lady with an adorable smile rushing towards the hotel… wearing two different shoes, and a small camera necklace. She stopped and said hello like we’d known each other before. I think that’s when it happened. She had me at hello.

After having a security guy read us the instructions of how to use the parking meter (oops!) Angie and I rushed to the hotel room to meet everyone else. The room was filled with photographers with their cameras in hand moving shoes and bouquets around to photograph, makeup artists working on the models while the hair stylists, well, styled their hair. It was so much fun! Especially the time when Feuza realized that she had two different shoes on and threw herself on the bed in amazement and told us not to blog about it. Sorry Feuza!:P

Hair by Heather Ballasy, she’s awesome!

Makeup was done by Yvonne Moss and another girl whose name I didn’t get, but will find. I got a chance to talk to Yvonne, she’s a sweet soul.

Venue: Berkley Hotel

The gorgeous bouquets were by Divine Decor. Loved them!

And now, the lovely brides!

Christine Ritter – gorgeous as gorgeous can be! She looked so elegant.

This is Genevieve LeBlanc with her husband Justin.

Our TTD girl – Kyleigh Dooley

This was such a great experience. I loved meeting new friends and cannot wait for the next event. Feuza get on it! I also have to give special thanks to Ahmet for taking the time to talk to us about what he knows and helping me (us) improve certain things. A million thanks to you!
